About Neurofeedback

Another Happy Repeat Client

Our second website for this happy client, About Neurofeedback is a large informational website centered around the background and practice of neurofeedback. Originally created years ago without a content management system, pages added after the initial design were essentially hidden without a proper navigation and organization system. Mixed with a dated look and a total redesign was in order. We took the vast content, created an organizational structure for the hundreds of pages, and re-created the site so that everything is easily navigated and searchable. Combined with a new aesthetic design, the result is a much more user-friendly experience for this industry authority website.

What the client says:

I’m multiple years into the web and have learned the hard way the limitations of web developers. I’m on my second major Web development project with Jeff [at Cluster One] and have recommended him to a couple of colleagues. Why? For one, he designs “clean” looking websites. Really clean. Everyone who goes to my websites tells me how good (and professional) it looks. 2) He listens well. With lots of consultations before implementation, he actually used what we discussed. He helped me think through pros and cons of different approaches. It was complex. He heard it and used it. That’s rare. 3) He organized a huge amount of information into a website that’s logical, flows well and makes sense. He did a great job of organizing content.

Morehouse School Of Medicine

We Heart Heart Health

While we work with clients all over North America, being native to Atlanta it can be particularly rewarding when we’re able to work with institutions local to our city. Morehouse College is one such institution. We were approached by the Morehouse School of Medicine to create a web portal for their Community Health Worker Health Disparities Initiative program, a multi-year educational initiative aimed at prevention and management of heart disease and asthma in under-served minority populations all across the U.S. We were tasked with creating a WordPress site that would be clean, easily navigable, and that would serve as a portal for those involved or interested in the program.

RM Wood Concepts

A Project In The Woods

RM Wood Concepts creates beautiful custom wood products for businesses and individuals across Atlanta and the Southeast. We were approached by Reid, the company’s owner, to create a website that would properly display their work and allow visitors to connect with them via social media. The result is a clean design that clearly portrays the woodworking nature of their business while offering some great display options for their work.

What the client says:

I am very happy with my site; working with Jeff was a great experience. He put together a great looking and wonderfully functional site including all of the details that I asked for and then some. He was very patient with me while I was gathering and writing content and making endless changes. The cost was very reasonable and in the end exactly the amount quoted. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

Tara Burroughs Salon

It’s all about conversion.

Tara Burroughs Salon is a high-end hair salon in Johns Creek, Georgia. They had a homemade website that, because of savvy marketing, was getting ample traffic, but a dismal conversion rate clued them in to the fact that a redo was in order. Theirs is a great example of how good design can make a huge difference, as the new site not only gets unsolicited praises for its aesthetics by visitors, but the conversion rate has skyrocketed with the redesign.

What the client says:

Meeting Jeff, owner of Cluster One Media, was the best thing for my business! Jeff designed a beautiful website for my salon that reflected who we are and what we have to offer. The process was easy as well as exciting! He gave my business his undivided attention and had our website up and running in no time and with no down time. Jeff continues to support our website as well as our placement on the search engines. I feel very fortunate to have Jeff on my team. His passion and creativity speak volumes!

Advantage Fulfillment

A very fulfilling project

Advantage Fulfillment is an Atlanta based company that provides a range of direct mail and fulfillment services. Their old site simply wasn’t performing up to standards and a redesign was in order. A new logo mixed with a clean aesthetic gives the site a modern, professional look that is more fitting of the company’s services. To provide an ideal base for future SEO efforts we chose to go with a WordPress CMS.

Repeat clients are our favorite

Dominion Behavioral Healthcare is a well established and respected mental healthcare group in Virginia. For a group with multiple locations and dozens of highly respected doctors, their old website, which had grown somewhat long in the tooth, no longer represented their practice and the professionalism that patients could expect when visiting. After a great experience with us on another website, they approached Cluster One on this new project to build their practice website anew. We were tasked with creating a new site that would be easily navigable, aesthetically pleasing, and project a feeling of “comfort” to visitors. The result is a night and day transformation.

Our Fearless Leader

While many have met our fearless leader Jeff, not all know that he’s a web designer by day, rock star by night. Jeff wows audiences with his sultry acoustic guitar sounds, having shared the stage with the likes of Tim Reynolds of the Dave Matthews Band. When he came to himself and said, “Self, I need a website for my music,” his self obliged. As many of our clients require a clean, professional aesthetic, we had fun with the project as it allowed us to use a darker, grungier design style.

Mr. Cleaners

A “Clean” Design

We were approached by the owner of Mr. Cleaners, a local dry cleaning chain looking to shed its former website’s dated look in favor of something more modern and professional. Tasked with a redesign that would bring the company to the cutting edge of dry cleaning websites, we created a site with clean aesthetics (we’re going to wear that pun for all it’s worth) that is also helping generate new business through search engine results. You might say we helped “clean” up their online presence.

Atlanta Mural Company

Web Designon June 14th, 2011Comments Off on Atlanta Mural Company

The Atlanta Mural Company creates murals and wall art for homes and businesses across the Atlanta area. Whether it be high end faux finishes for discerning clients or Sponge Bob masterpieces that make children smile, Atlanta Mural Company creates amazing art and needed a website to display their art and do it justice. We were approached to do a portfolio oriented website that would display the works of Atlanta Mural’s various artists. Christie, the owner, describes artists and being arguably the hardest clientele to design for because they’re so picky/perfectionist oriented, visually. Well, she proved to be a pleasure to work with and her endorsement of “doing a happy dance” when she saw the site’s unveiling makes us extremely happy to know that we can satisfy even the pickiest of clients.

What the client says:

Not only did Jeff create a site customized to my specific needs, he went (and continues to go) WAY above and beyond with post-implimentation support. Whether my question is quick… or complex… he always takes the time to explain and get me on the right track. He met his budget, timeline, produced a site that far outweighed our expectations – then blew us away with on the support end. He has my highest recommendation.

The Lawn Ranger

No Really, We’ll Finish It

Local business owner and entrepreneur Ross Day started The Lawn Ranger at such a young age that legend has it that he hadn’t yet sprouted baby teeth, but through some combination of business savvy, extraordinary customer service and Jedi mastery he’s grown The Lawn Ranger into one of the most respected landscaping companies in the city. Ross approached Cluster One Media to create a new website after trying (unsuccessfully) to launch a website for over a year. After frustrations with previous web designers were vented, a fully functional site was live and kicking in no time, putting to rest the notion that web designers like to start projects without finishing.
